Frequently asked questions.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative space where I focus on helping you move forward with purpose, clarity, and confidence. It’s about identifying where you are, where you want to be, and creating practical, personalized steps to get from where you are to where you want to be. Coaching with me is action-oriented, future-focused, and grounded in growth.

How is coaching different from therapy?

While therapy often focuses on healing the past and managing mental health needs such as diagnosis, medication, and evaluations; coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to move forward. Coaching supports people who are emotionally stable and want guidance in navigating life transitions, shifting mindsets, or developing new patterns. If deeper emotional support is needed, I will always refer you to the appropriate professionals.

What kinds of challenges can coaching help with?

Coaching is helpful for adults navigating:

  • Life transitions (career changes, moving, empty nest, divorce/separation)

  • Self-confidence and impostor syndrome

  • People-pleasing and boundary-setting

  • Decision-making and clarity around next steps

  • Repeating patterns in relationships or daily life that leave you feeling stuck

Is coaching right for me?

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start coaching. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by choices, or unsure of what’s next, coaching offers space to explore and act with intention. You are a good fit if you're ready to show up with curiosity, openness, and a desire to grow.

How often will we meet?

Coaching frequency is based on the package that fits you best. Coaching is time-limited and usally bi-weekly. Though longer term support is available as needed.

Do you offer coaching online?

Yes. All my coaching sessions are virtual, giving you the flexibility and privacy to meet from your own space — whether that’s your home, office, or a quiet corner of your day.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. I respect your privacy and create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely. While coaching is not bound by HIPAA laws, your personal information will never be shared without your consent, unless safety is at risk.

How long do people usually work with a coach?

Some clients find clarity in just a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support through a season of change. There’s no one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll shape a coaching rhythm that supports your growth and honors your pace.
